Frequently Asked Questions
Do you do custom orders?
I do not do custom orders. Occasionally I do offer preorders on selected items already in my product line.
When are your shop updates and why can't I buy anytime?
I try to update my online shop every 6-8 weeks. We are a small (very grateful) family business and do our best to fill the demand for our pots. In addition to our online sales we also run year round shops at renaissance fairies across the country. Keeping up with both is a challenge and scheduling restocks this way is the best way to ensure we fill all our outlets as best as possible.
Can you alert me when your next product release will occur?
Do you wholesale?
Not at this time but feel free to contact me and let me know what you have in mind!
Where do you ship? How much is shipping and handling? Do you combine shipping?
What is your return policy?
I want you to love my work and if you don’t please send it back and I’ll refund the purchase price minus shipping costs. (Return shipping costs are buyers responsibility. Pots must be returned and arrive to me in the same condition they were sent. Including all promotional materials, coupons, freebies, etc)
Are your pieces safe for dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, hot and cold foods?
Yes! Our pieces are microwave, dishwasher, freezer and oven safe. They can all handle hot or cold foods .The only exception to this are our crystal mugs that are hand wash only. They are also not oven safe or dishwasher safe.
Are your glazes food safe?
All of my serving and functional pieces (mugs, cups, bowls etc…) are food safe.

I take credit card & paypal payments online and credit cards or cash for in person transactions.
