Frequently Asked Questions
Do you do custom orders?
I do not do custom orders. Occasionally I do offer preorders on selected items already in my product line.
When are your shop updates and why can't I buy anytime?
I try to update my online shop every 6-8 weeks. We are a small (very grateful) family business and do our best to fill the demand for our pots. In addition to our online sales we also run year round shops at renaissance fairies across the country. Keeping up with both is a challenge and scheduling restocks this way is the best way to ensure we fill all our outlets as best as possible.
Can you alert me when your next product release will occur?
How much are your mugs?
Glazed Mugs $30 – $60 / Graphic Mugs $50 – $85 / Carved Iridescent Mugs $50 – $125 / Crystal Mugs $95 – $175
Oxide Glazed Cups $35 – $50 / Graphic Cups $45 – $75 / Carved Iridescent Cups $45 – $95
Any tips for scoring a mug during an update?
Yes! Make an account ahead of time so your shipping info is saved. Log in a day or two before hand to view the items in preview mode and make a note of the of the items you want. On the day of the update login a few minutes before to sign into your account and verify that your shipping address is correct. Then go to the page where the piece you want is shown in preview and refresh it at the time the listings are set to go live, a purchase button will appear at the time the listing are set to go live. If you are purchasing more then one item you will see a cart timer at the top of your screen pop up after you put the first item in your cart. Your item will be saved for this duration of time to allow you time to pick out another item. Each time you add an item to your cart the timer will reset. Once you begin checkout you will have an additional 10 minutes to complete your purchase before the items are returned to the “shelf.”
Are items in my cart saved for me?
We are working on a way to make this possible but as of right now items are only “saved” once you begin entering your payment info. They are saved for 10 minutes once you begin the payment process to allow you time to enter info without rushing.
Where can I preview items that will be for sale in the next update?
Starting the week prior to an update I will list the items that will be available for the restock. These preview listings will be available to view but not purchase up until they are scheduled to go live and then a purchase button will appear.
Do you wholesale?
Not at this time but feel free to contact me and let me know what you have in mind!
Where do you ship? How much is shipping and handling? Do you combine shipping?
What is your return policy?
I want you to love my work and if you don’t please send it back and I’ll refund the purchase price minus shipping costs. (Return shipping costs are buyers responsibility. Pots must be returned and arrive to me in the same condition they were sent. Including all promotional materials, coupons, freebies, etc)
What type of payment do you accept?
I take all major credit cards online and in person. They will be processed through Square.com I do not save your credit card info on my website (for security reasons) and it will need to be entered each time you purchase for my online shop. I do not use PayPal at this time.
Are you on Etsy?
I have an Etsy account where you can read my reviews however, I no longer use it as a sales platform.
